"The absolute worst experience. The supervisor of this particular location is very rude unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. I will never return to this location ever again. My food was old and very cold. I specifically asked for fresh food . Being in management for over 14 years I’m very aware when food is old has been sitting or has been simply reheated. But again I won’t be returning to this location and whomever this specific supervisor is he needs to be terminated. Dark skin Male heavy build square head very rude and disrespectful"

"If this isn’t the worst McDonald’s on the planet please point me to once that’s worse. The only reason I went here was because Dunkin Donuts was closed. They couldn’t figure out how to make a macchiato and I sat there and had to wait on it. Then after getting it, it literally tasted like nothing. I had to leave work and come back. I asked them to make me a mocha with a lot of sugar. I tasted it before leaving, and that also tasted like nothing. I had to ask them to give me a pile of sugars in order for it to at least taste decent. I will absolutely never come back because if Dunkin is closed I just won’t have coffee that day."

"Avoid this place. Definitely not a place for dine in. Did not like the way food is given to us for dine in. tray is not covered with any sheet and how would they expect us to have tomato sauce with fries. Smoothie are pathetic, its just served like a crushed ice. Just wasted time and money."

"I occasionally stop at this location for a quick meal. It’s always painfully slow, the staff is usually rude, and the quality of the food varies… but it’s a McDonald’s in Atlanta, so it meets expectations. However, tonight was too much, even for me. I ordered a simple #1 and got home to find a hamburger with no meat. Honestly, I can’t wrap my head around how that even happens. Congratulations on being so bad I wrote my first Google review."

"2 days in a row there were issues with my order, but today's was by far the worst fast food experience I think I've ever had. After yesterday, I had been served moldy bacon today, and I ordered using the mobile app for pick up. My order was a caramel frappe, 2 iced coffees 2 double cheese burgers, a small fry, a strawberry pie, and a double cheese jalapeño quarter pounder I parked and waited at the 20-minute mark. I was getting frustrated, and finally, at the 30-minute mark, the lady came out with a sweet tea and two mchickens. Yea, wrong order, buddy, so I will wait another 20 minutes and finally have to go inside. When I get there there is a table full of orders they don't even know which order is which. I talk to the cashier, and she comes back with the same sweet tea and 2 mchchickens. The woman doesn't speak the best English, and after I explain as best I can what my order is, she nods and walls as if to get my food. I wait another 15 minutes and nothing. Finally I talked to a manager. Explain my order, and he goes to work. Finally, 1 hour and 25 minutes after I placed the order with the manager preparing my food, I'm feeling confident that the food placed before me is complete and correct.... NOPE!!! not a haburglars chance in hell. Review my original order. This is what received 3 double cheese burgers a black coffee, a French vanilla ice coffee, a blueberry frosted, and a small fry. Back to waiting, finally he comes back again with my double cheese jalapeño. Explains we don't have frappes and completely forgets the large fry srltrawberry pie and explains he can't refund without a receipt, which now I can get from the app cause it's updating. At the end of the day I ended up with cold small fry, an apple pie black coffee French vanilla iced coffee a coke a blueberry frosty 3 double cheeseburgers and a large double cheese jalapeño quarter pounder minus the large fry instead I got a stale.medium fry with too much salt and 0 refunded for the frappe. NEVER AGAIN! Don't eat here unless your a gluten for punishment and enjoy getting called a racist solely for being a white patron complaining about the stores inability to complete an order correctly as if it's the fault.of my skin tone that cause the order to get mixed up and forgotten completely. The only things I can recommend at this location are the bags when you vomit and the napkins to wipe your face afterward. I'd recommend the straws, but they were out."
