"I have consistently made the Auburn Avenue location my first choice when using UberEats. No longer will I do this. My patience has run threadbare. I order and pay for venti drinks, and they "decide" to provide smaller portions. They CONSISTENTLY provide the equivalent of a tall late when we pay for a venti. The orders have been inadequate no less than 10 times. My fault for trusting them to do right. My consternation and aggravation have been reported to the employees but it continues. Today is the LAST day I do business with them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!"
"You need an app to order a drink here. Says nothing on the map about that. Showed up and found out that I need an app to order. A physical point of sale system can do the same thing. I don't want to have to download an app, and give Starbucks my name, my phone number and my email just so I can buy a coffee in a retail store."

"Mobile order only pick up, but nothing says that until after you arrive and have to stand in front of the workers and order on their app. While I was there they turned away easily a half dozen customers who didn't know that."
