"Didn't get food today I got my usual Honey Citrus Mint tea, but let me tell you about the customer service on Hal! I've never been greeted and treated in such a positive manner it dang near stumped me. I stuttered! She compliments the guest she makes conversation! Please promote or give her a raise expeditiously!"
"If your going to put mostly ice in the drink, make it strong. Or all together get on the same page by putting half ice, not to top. My drinks taste like water. Quit asking for tips , I pay for a quality drink make it that way. I shouldnt have to ask for light ice."
