"Total disappointment. Went there for a very unique experience only to have a hostess/server who seemed obvious or completely new to her job. She sent us downstairs with no menu and left us sit for 15 minutes. Google says they close at 6pm. Update your hours if you want to close at 5 for private cup painting upstairs and to ignore those downstairs."
"I literally experienced one of those Wizard of Oz Moments as I explored The Well and thought I'd been transported to a different universe. One filled with most amazing sitting rooms and caffeine and the walls are filled with stories and tales of previous adventure lingers lightly in the air. Really! Really? Where in the world can you find other places like this? Lemme know because I want to visit them all! Just go. Explore. Buy a delicious beverage and sit and put down your phone and talk to somebody or just listen. You're worth it. And the Well is worth a few special moments of your day. Thank me later."
"I went here in November of 2022... Excited to go because of the pictures of the atmosphere, but it was disappointing. There was not much variety on the menu. We went for a coffee and pastry, but there was no pastries to choose from. The girl at register said they could do a homemade sourdough cinnamon toast, so I got that... Two tiny pieces of toast for $6. Then we went downstairs to the "garden room" and although it looks nice in pictures, it's feels kind of dingy and the chairs at that table are absolutely awful to sit in. I understand they are antique chairs, but they need to be repaired. Upstairs is a nicer environment for sure. I would come back again if the menu choices improved, but as it is, there's not much to make me want to go back."
"This place is awesome!! Such a cool vibe! The upstairs is comfy and beautiful. The downstairs is pure zen. I had an oil infused latte (orange) with white chocolate. It was perhaps the best latte I’ve ever had!! Such a sweet barista too!"
"I love love love this place! Every time I visit, the employees are so nice and attentive. My favorite go to is the lemon meringue tea or the pineapple lemon lime collagen slush. They are both so relaxing, calming, and good in taste. Whenever friends come to town then I always come in for a visit for tea or photo shoot because of the beautiful decor."
