"Just to be forewarned don't come to this location expecting to customize or substitute ingredients. They RARELY have almond or Oat milk. If you're someone who orders items as is off the menu it's great, but if you're lactose intolerant and need to substitute the dairy milk you'll more than likely be heavily disappointed."
"My go-to donut shop. Good place to pick up some donuts and ☕️ coffee. The servers are friendly. I have also gotten their breakfast sandwiches and grilled cheese, which I recommend. I order on the Duncan app and they come out correctly. Handicap ♿️ parking is available. Never have seen the bathroom open. Drive through and parking lot pool up water after it rains, so be careful where you step. Can be difficult to get to during rush hour."
"I have Been coming here for the past 5+ Years! Never had a argument or a bad service at the store or drive through! As of today That Hispanic Girl (Puertoriqueña) (white/Hispanic) Dunkin’ Donuts Has hired is TRASH! Unbelievable how bad customer service she has! Attitude from the drive through/window and up front cashier! I am Talking to the Mannager and she still want to come up disrespectful talking above us! Dunking you need BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE YOU ALWAYS HAD BEFORE! DONT LET YOUR SERVICE GO BAD FOR TRASH PEOPLE LIKE THIS GIRL! Until then my family and I won’t come to this place again! No need for bad experience!"
