She was very attentive and hands on. She found the perfect dress and my mom is thrilled. Awesome experience. Thank you Elena!!"

"Horrible experience. Had a bridal appointment with no budget. I was ignored, and the lady didn’t even help me try on dresses or care. Told me I would look old wearing long sleeve dress when that’s what I want. I’m 27 years old and wear a size 2. Also told me getting married outdoors in November sounded terrible. Horrible customer service, wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. It has been the worst experience I have ever had shopping. Also the whole lobby and elevator smells like urine. It was covered up with girls getting prom dresses and it looked like a free for all. Very unorganized and poor business practice. Also they left the girl who tried on before me information out in the room and complained that she tried on 25 dresses. If you are a new bride stay away from this place and save yourself some time. We left within 15 minutes and they didn’t even notice until 30 minutes later and tried to call me."

"I am writing this review so that new brides go elsewhere to find their perfect dress. Unfortunately, the experience was horrible, and the service was disrespectful. Other than David's Bridal, this was my beginning experiences of wedding dress shopping. I really wish I hadn't come. Upon arrival, the lady who helped me snapped at me because she was busy. While looking at dresses, she never asked what I liked, my price range, or what I was looking for. While trying on dresses, she refused to let me try the dress on that my family picked out because "she doesn't like that dress." Thankfully, my sister was there and was able to handle that situation. The lady continuously repeated that "she DOES NOT like my dress" that I wanted to try on because it was "cheap", and it was "plain and had no jewels." Not to mention, she continued to come in and out of the room while I was changing and would leave the curtain open while I was naked. Ultimately in the end, the one that "she doesn't like" was my favorite one. I refused to buy from Bravura unless I had not found another dress. I went to Sure Bridal and experienced the most incredible experience I have ever had- especially compared to Bravura. I recommend anyone and everyone to go to Sure Bridal for the most loving and helpful experiences. The lady at Sure Bridal called me the day before and was so sweet. She was truly interested in what I was looking for, how much my budget was, and helped me try on dresses the whole time. They got me and my family refreshers, a nice shirt and hat, and celebratory wine when I found my perfect dress. If you are first time bridal shopping, I would NOT recommend Bravura and go to Sure Bridal."
