"Atmosphere and service was adequate. But the food was seriously lacking. Very disappointing. This egg chorizo burrito thing is just nasty and it’s tiny. Overpriced. Wish I could get my money back. Bacon, mac & cheese croissant tasted good, but it’s also skimpy. Got a black coffee decaf and it didn’t taste great either."
"If I could give zero stars I would. I am a black man. Today, my wife and I went to this place to eat. While waiting on our food I attempted to used their restrooms but the doors were locked. I asked one of the workers (an older guy, with an Indian accent) if I could use their bathroom and he tells me the bathrooms were unavailable as someone ran off with their key. Okay no problem. My wife and I get our food and sit near the bathrooms. There was a white couple sitting next to us. I watched as the man in that couple walk up to ask (the same employee) to use the bathroom. He is immediately handed the keys. 2023 and we are still dealing with racist and discriminatory people. Sad. I attempted to address the issue with him but he was insanely rude and refused to even acknowledge my grievances. Attempted to contact corporate but they grossly lacked empathy. I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! On another note, my macchiatos were made incorrectly."
"Ordered two midnight roast coffees and donuts today. Horribly disappointed by the coffees - very watered down. Did not even taste like coffee. It was like drinking hot water with a pump of flavored cream. Being cheap and making watered down coffee is not consistent with the Dunkin brand. Would’ve been better off making my own K-cups at home."
"I’m so sad. Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. I’ve given them many chances. Will never go back. They didn’t even have my everything bagel the last time I went, then my settled poppy seed bagel was stale. My 6 year daughter was even sad after that experience."
"The people here are so rude! The owner have a heavy Indian accent that's hard to understand. It seems like they don't know what is "customer service'! My coffee tasted bad and the old man used his bare hand to grab the donut! I had to ask him to replace it but I believe that other was going back to the rack after I left! Not sure why this DD is so bad, there are other very nice DD around."
