Owner or lady behind the counter was not helpful or great with customer service. We walked in with no greeting at all. We walked around jus waiting for the lady to say something. I have purchased shoes, dresses and most importantly my "Fairy Princess" dress. I enjoy the exchanges with Marilyn, Teresa and Beth - they are a great help in choosing just the right thing for me to wear. "I have used this establishment since it first opened. They carry top notch merchandise and the prices are very reasonable. I find the staff to be very caring, respectful and very eager to please. I am sure that with any retail establishment, you get mostly “bad” reviews in public. I believe that the rest of us are well pleased and don’t think to post good reviews... Give this one a try, you will be pleased with the experience and get some great stuff at wonderful prices."
