"Tanuja, I am heartbroken and disappointed. I gave you a white shalwar I am wearing for my wedding and you waited last minute to alter it for me and did it in 10 mins. I asked you for a time frame of less than 2 weeks and you waited til the last day and ran to your car to bring my dress out of your car after seeing my mom. My mother came to you twice this week to pick it up and you waited til the last day and less than an hour before closing to alter. It is not even altered in the way we discussed. Again, I am heartbroken because this is for my wedding ceremony."
