"Good coffee, J. Martinez is friendly and knowledgeable. However, the lady Heather at the desk is not a happy person. She seems overworked or frustrated with her job. J. Martinez may need to put her in a back cubicle where she would not have contact with customers and where she'd probably feel most happy, since she lacks the customer service skills to help preserve the company's reputation."

However, the website is a total disaster: out dated, slow, and most importantly, it will not complete my order. For the better half of the last hour I have been trying to order.
