Starbucks in Kroger

"There was 2 groups in front of me it wasnt even that full and it took about 25 mins just to get my grande drink. Everyone was looking around wondering what was taking so long, and a women complained her latte wasnt even hot and walked away. The one at the register did not know what she was doing and had to ask the whole time. The other barista was walking around with a rude appearance and attitude. They didnt apologize for the long wait or explain and they are always out of something. I will not ever come back to this starbucks until it is under new management with actual properly trained staff that actually enjoy serving and catering to customers without attitude."

"This my 2nd time coming here.i never stop cuz it's ridiculous how there's always just two people working. And one never knows what the hell going on. It was like three people a head of me so I decided to give them achance but this is crazy now the lines wrapped around. Y'all need to do better in the Black neighborhoods cuz on the whites side of town y'all have at least four people working all the time. SMH"

"The stock box really needs to be remanded. This is the second time that I have came over here within 2 weeks and it's like they need more training to take care of the customers. The way it is too long. And you guys just need to do something over here. I go to many Starbucks around the Atlanta area because of my job. The way I drive around. And this is the second time that I came over here and I didn't even stay in there to order anything. They need more training and maybe a couple of extra people working over here to be able to provide for the customers"

"I came in and they were closed around 1pm on a Sunday. I shopped around and checked my groceries out and seen that they were open. It was two people back there and was the second person to be seen. I turned around the guy was gone and it was only the young lady making drinks. I stood in line for over an hour and never got to place my order. I looked up the young lady was gone as well. There was no one back there at all. I hated to leave the line after I patiently waited for over an hour without placing an order but I couldn’t wait any longer. I did feel sorry for the young lady that was back there by herself. But she did continue to make the online orders while we were waiting in line she didn’t ring no one up for at least an hour and 30 mins. I was so disappointed because this is the only Starbucks that’s close to me and I hate coming here. I never experienced this type of customer service from Starbucks ever!!!!"

"I’m giving this location a 1 because they were able to fix the strawberry lemonade. It’s so unfortunate to go to a business and they are unable to provide a service to the customers. The cashier was very short and rude. I am guessing she was rude because she was talking on her phone via speaker phone. After reading the signs, I realized I could only order online and could not get a drink that required the use of the blender. Starbucks, that is well known for blended drinks. A customer walked up and asked for a Medicine Ball and the cashier said they didn’t make them. That was a lie because I’ve gotten several from that location. She also said they didn’t have any food. At this point, why open for the day? Then the appearance was completely off. Boxes in front of the register. Not clean looking at all. Let’s do better Starbucks. Today was very disappointing."
