I get the best finds for the best prices ever! theres always an amazing sale going on & the staff is extremely friendly. the owner and her employees make you feel right at home and help you find the perfect clothes. i love the honesty they give you when youre shopping. youll never walk out with something you dont love. Dont forget to shop their website too! i love the fast shipping and in store pickup option. i also love that they now offer ONLY TAKING CONSIGNMENTS BY APPOINTMENT. its so helpful and convenient! you never have to walk in and worry about them being too full with an appointment! "Very disappointing experience! I had called to drop off clothing items and was told to come in two days after my call. When I went by I was turned away - without an apologize or sorry for the inconvenience. Clearly this shop does not care about any kind of customer service (at least on the day I came by). Martha, thanks for your reply. I have brought items to your store for years and have never had such a poor experience. I know to call before just showing up and since I had done that - I was shocked with the treatment I received. I have no idea who the person was that turned me away, but if she had apologized and explained the mix up I would have been fine. I got neither and that was what was so frustrating. I will check the online sign up and make an appointment. I think that is a wonderful idea!"
