"After arriving at Krispy Kreme at 6:35 in the morning I found the signs off and the door locked with employees inside working. I stood outside for a while being ignored. I finally went through the drive-thru which I normally will not do. I ordered two dozen glazed and was told sorry we don't have any glaze and they won't be ready to after 7:30. I was ordering donuts for many people so I had to order donuts that I didn't want by getting a mix of donuts. This is the second offense of not being able to get into the store when it's supposed to be open. I see no reason to ever go back and I will not. A free donut is not going to do it this time. We are done. I have come to the conclusion that Krispy Kreme is unable to perform as a business."
"We don't have Krispy Kreme in my town back in Canada.. It's always a threat to us.. But this place is not really clean, not much choice for a friday Christmas weekend and pricy for half a dozen. They tasted old grease, to be honest... next time, I'll look for a better maintained store."
"I only go here once a year and it's always a mess. Ordered ahead and had to sit in drive thru for 40 minutes because they don't open the lobby when they open? Not sure why. The staff is not trained or doesn't care. See people touching money then donuts, then their clothes/face them more donuts. No common sense or care about contaminating the food. Just get them from walmart and microwave them. Save yourself the trouble."
"The donuts were so fresh that I took them home and made breakfast sandwiches, and the customer service was cool and polite. I will be returning as soon as I get in the mood for a few glazed or a special donut like banana pudding"
