"Honestly I’m not worried about people smoking inside. They have a sign on the door that warns you. Anyway, great Vietnamese coffee and (when I was there) free sweet tea came with it. So we got 4 drinks for $8. Not too bad. Note that they only take cash! Remember to bring it!"
