"Music way too loud like a nightclub. Employee rude to a customer and the customer said something to her about her tone of voice. The employee should have apologized and said she didn’t mean it to sound that way. But the employee continued to be rude and made the situation worse. Then she called the police on the customer. Very unprofessional, especially when a simple apology would have diffused the situation."
