"I placed a mobile order like I do every morning at my local Starbucks back at home so I proceeded to do the same the Lennox location since it was close to our hotel but when I arrived and let the cashier and manager who was in earshot know my name and that I was a picking up my order I was a told in a very mean and agitated tone that it would be available at the mobile pickup counter and nothing more happened…. My husband and I waited nearby for 30 mins thinking that they were just busy and understaffed so we tried to be patient until we decided to check again with the cashier and confirm my order although we already had her give us attitude the first time. We were then told it was not at this location but one that is further into the mall since we are from another state I believe it would have been more appropriate to double check with the system when we first arrived to let us know it was another location that it was at. Because the manager had an attitude I waisted my time and I hope that they get the help they need soon it’s clearly taking a toll on customer service and the two employees that are there ."
"I had an absolutely horrible experience this morning around 8:30 AM. This Starbucks staff is usually extremely kind, but not this morning. I walked in, attempting to order my usual drink that I order all of the time. The employee tried to charge me DOUBLE what I always pay for this drink. When I politely pointed out that there may have been an error typing it in, they were extremely rude. I’ve never experienced anything like this - let alone from a Starbucks employee. I even pulled it up in the app to show how much the drink should cost. They did not care. The afternoon staff is wonderful, the morning staff not so much."
"Ms. Elaine was so nice when I went into this target Starbucks today! She was very professional while being super friendly and sweet! This is not my favorite Starbucks location because they never have the full menu available when I visit but professional baristas like Elaine will keep me coming back!"
