"I wish I could give this place zero stars. I ordered a venti iced chai tea latte and the cup was mostly ice. I should have just gotten a small there was no difference. Changed me nearly $10 for mostly ice. My friend got a venti refresher and has much more liquid than I did. This is ridiculous I will be calling corporate."

"This location never misses the mark! I can tell by the color of my drink they always get it right! Especially during pumpkin spice season, this location just gets it! The manager and workers have great attitudes and always play the good music to enjoy the wait….they fixed a drink that the hurt plaza location made incorrectly, no questions asked and it was delicious! Definitely worth the walk from my job….I will only go to this location from here on out"
