"Sign at 11am stated "The Starbucks today closes at 4pm". Get there at 11:30am after checking out and they're closed. What kind of 'full service' Starbucks closes at 11:30am on a weekend? It honestly would've made more sense to not bother having a closure time sign."
"Absolutely terrible customer service from the manager. We were missing a drink and stood there for over 30 minutes as people who ordered after us continued to get their drinks. When i brought it up to her she said “I’m sure i have it somewhere but im only one person”. Even as she cleaned off her stack of cups and we still didn’t have our drink she refused to make it."
