"So terrible! Not only have the prices increased DRASTICALLY the customer service has plummeted!!! Went in and spent almost 40.00 for 4 items only to watch the juicarista sit on the counter while talking with associates and then take her foot and play with the mini (low boy) fridge door. I was appalled! Not only was I there with a guest but as a previous employee of CJ ,I was shocked. Then when I addressed the issue was met with a dumbfounded stare. Im all for a relaxed atmosphere but let’s keep it professional and sanitary. Happy Holidays"
"Juice is always delicious and fresh! Customer service is usually prompt. Atmosphere is clean and welcoming! I have ordered in-person and on app. Both experiences were equally satisfying. I did order a veggie wrap once, which was a major fail. The veggies were diced way too large and broke the wrap. Huge chunks or carrots and cucumbers. It was just all wrong. The employee decided to put off of that inside of ANOTHER wrap which was more of a mess than anything. Whatever sauce or dressing on inside was good. Can improve on that wrap technique. Otherwise, would highly recommend if you enjoy fresh juices and smoothies made on site with all fresh ingredients!"
"I did not have a good experience here today. First time and last time going. I should’ve read through the reviews before spending $26 on a sandwich and two kids smoothies. The service was horrible. The owners and managers already are aware of the problem based on the reviews and haven’t done enough about it. I was more friendly and polite than Kelsey. I thanked her for preparing my food. She mumbled something and walked off. I had to look around because I was in shock. There’s too many places to eat in Atlanta to come back here. The smoothies were watered down and taste like flavored water. Also, overpriced in my opinion. I am more inclined to give a business with good customer service and mediocre food a second chance than terrible service."

"2 young employees working on weekday and took very long time to prepare my order and too expensive for small quantity. They really need to replace young employees with well trained employees who can work at fast pace or give training to young employees on how to work efficiently."
