"Terrible experience! We were trying to find hot food and as I was asking if there was hot food, the cashier said “huh?” My mom clarified “do you carry the breakfast sandwiches” and the woman replied with “oh I could hear her just fine”. Just rude and unnecessary to my poor mother. It’s 9:45 pm. We’re all tried. We were trying to figure out what we could eat because most things are closed."
"Fast and reliable. It’s a popular busy location on the F Concourse Gate 9, upper floor after going through security. I typically do mobile order pickup via the app to avoid the long line that consistently forms."
"We had morning flight and there was long line for the store order so we made mobile order and it took about 10 min to get it. Hot chocolate was nice and breakfast sandwich was just ok. While order has made they have taken extra amount and added to the account which we don't want, first time with Starbucks so don't know if it's the normal case or not."
"They have restroom cleaner ( bleach) on the table with food (you can see it in the photo). This institution must be closed immediately! They poison people! Such institutions are a shame of our wonderful country. People are very angry, not educated, not interested in making their customers happy. At the expense of cleanliness - it's just terrible!"
