"What is it with ATL airport restaurant workers and nothing being available or everyrhing being broken? Went to Dunkin to make up for bad Chick Fil A (on ATL airport), stood in line 20 minutes only to be told multiple products aren't available due to product or equipment being broken. Combone that with how disprganized they were and we had to walk away without ordering. Horrible experience. Thanks for literally nothing. Customers should be able to bill YOU for their lost time when this happens."

"Open only three hours, out of any item containing eggs, but still charged full price for sandwiches that was supposed to have egg, out of all special coffees, except regular hot coffee. Waited for my order forever and they didn’t provide order. Had to leave without it. While waiting another customer came back, her food order was still frozen in the middle. Awful service. The sales clerks did not care about any customers."
"May have to update their hours on This website... I arrived at 5:30 am from a layover and it was not open, even though hours listed here are 5:00 am. ... asked the young lady as she was prepping and she said 6:30?!?!"
"The woman employee is on her personal phone yelling at someone. I’m standing there almost 10 minutes waiting to place my order then my sandwich comes out burnt and dry when I get it. What makes it even more ironic I run into her 5 minutes later coming into the bathroom still yelling on her phone to whoever. I expect this from airport employees at this point i really do but it has gotten much worse over the last few months."
