"I tried to see if the arms fit. They told me I couldn't try it on. I could buy it and bring it back. Really. This makes no sense."
"I came in to make a return for some items that didn’t fit the person I bought them for and I figured it would be a nice and friendly encounter such as the one I had in Albany, Ga. However, it was the exact opposite. The managers name that had to process my return, named Miss Keisha, was very very rude. Not verbally but her gestures. She seemed to be too busy or something but she completed the task because she had to. She asked was I the one with the return and I indeed said yes. She said, “lemme see what you got.” I proceeded to lay the bag on the counter to pull the items out neatly but I guess I took to long because she snatched for the bag and dumped everything out on the counter. Only one receipt fell out the bag as she so impatiently shook the items out as she asked if I had another receipt for an item that was not there (which was still in the bag). I took the bag and laid the receipt down pleasantly and she snatched that up too. At this point I just wanted to remain silent and receive my money back because she was being unnecessarily rude. Marissa was the employee to complete my return and my was she a sweetie. I guess she noticed the look on my face when Miss Kesha swiped up my materials in such a way and she politely cane over to ask how I was doing. Long story short Marissa is super sweet and pleasant and the manager Miss Kesha should be a better leader."
"Nice trendy dupes. Customer service could be improved. I drove 30 miles to this location and couldn't purchase some of the items because they were untagged."
"The employees are wonderful my two issues are why there no black models only skinny white people on the store posters we as black women really help keep the doors of each store there's not even one or two black plus size models neither it seems to be a little racist and with graphic design shirts the material is to cheap. I say to the owner of each store you need to do better. Remember the the majority of your customers are black women!"
"The selection of clothing is nice but could be better. The manager has a nasty attitude. I'm from out of town and went there twice and she had a problem with me returning my items. And they take forever to ring you up at the register."
