"Their exchange , return and refund policy is the worst! They make it difficult and less likely for a customer to become a repeat customer. The clothes are dated and atmosphere and attitudes appear a bit stale. With online service at your door, cheaper pricing and better selections, it just makes perfect sense to shop at places like fashion Nova and Shein! For sure!!"

"I just want to give a shout out to Elizabeth,Doris and team I receive excellent customer service today when I tell you those ladies were phenomenal and represented Cato well. Corporate should do something for the ladies. You don’t get service like that anymore . The service I received was worth mentioning Elizabeth ask if she could start me a fitting room I said sure without hesitation never made me feel like I was a bother she paid attention to all my needs and Doris checked me out she is such sweetheart so inviting. There was another lady on the other side who pleasantly gave me a compliment. I urged this company to do something special for them so deserving. You would have thought you were in a high end department store the level of service I receive and for that I am extremely grateful. I take my hat off to you all Outstanding"
