"Horrible customer service. Rude Manager! Every time I’ve come in to shop the employees are chatting behind the counter totally ignoring you. Today was a different experience but the Manager was very unfriendly and definitely not at all concerned about the customer. There is one person, and elderly woman who ever did her job and acted professional. She went above and beyond. Unfortunately I WILL NOT ever shop there again."

"Walked in and nobody offered to help me. One of the sales associates was wearing really short tight shorts exposing her cellulite which is very inappropriate and unprofessional. I used to work for a Hanes store and there’s no way that my boss would’ve allowed that kind of dress code to be worn. They didn’t have a very big selection of panties. Items that I’ve been buying from this company for years have been discontinued. They need to be taught the true way and meaning of customer service because this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with this company. If you just stand behind the counter staring at your customers and don’t offer them any help, it’s just going to make them feel uncomfortable and want to walk out."
"Kris was amazing! She did my free measurement, helped me pick out several bras, and when I found a style I liked, she called in to the warehouse to find COLORS other than nude, black or white. I ended up buying THREE bras (in 42DDD, in COLOR [mauve and mint]) for $50. This service was all done with a genuine smile and caring warmth. I will definitely return, nuit just for the sales, but for the people, as well."
