"I found a Couch bag online that I wanted on 2023 Black Friday sale but wouldn't receive delivery in my needed timeframe. I called the nearest outlet in Calhoun, GA and they had one & held it for me until that evening. The store was busy when I arrived about 6pm Black Friday. However, there were many employees on the floor, a nice selection of products & good stanchions set up for line control to the register. (Some of the displays were a bit messy & I believe presentation is key to retail sales.) I had no wait at the register, (only one cashier at the registers) & my bag, the "Val Bucket" had been held & the transaction processed seamlessly. The employee, an Asian young man, put my purse in a bag & handed it to me. I was disappointed he did not offer a gift box, tissue paper OR a thank you. Overall, good experience with a few exceptions, as noted."
