"This is the worst Mc Donald’s ever!!!!!! I sat in the drive through for 8min. And was the only one there!!!! she did say it would be a minute……then car pulled up at window next me…… And I immediately got their order taken done drove around and paid for it,while I’m still sitting there. And when I said something about it, lady, on the other side was very very rude!!!!!! I had some more I needed to be, and she was making me late. When I got to the window to get the food, she pretty much threw the food at me and didn’t say anything. This is the second time this has happened to us at the Anniston McDonald’s. Will never go back there!!!!"
"If you’re in the mood for some FRESH cooked food. This is the McDonald’s to purchase food from. If you have to wait until your food is prepared, in my opinion it’s worth the wait. Also the world’s famous fries are good when they’re cooked fresh not when they’ve been sitting for long period of time, at this McDonald’s usually all your food is cooked fresh meaning cooked to order. I appreciate that."
"Ordered a McFlurry online (cause they always say they are broken if ordering in person) only to be given a half of a cup. I am so pissed. I wanted to bring it back and get it replaced but hubby couldn’t be bothered by it so now I’m just pissed cause I paid 4 dollars only to be screwed over. Of course I also went online and complained. I need to call the district manager cause they should be held responsible for stealing from people. That is basically what this is. They do the same thing with drinks lately. They are so damn lazy they can’t even top them off. They will just hand you a cup that’s only 3/4 of the way full. Again, someone needs to act a fool or they will just keep acting like our food and money don’t matter. They need to stop hiring all of those rehab folks cause they are the worst workers!"
"Sorry for the inconvenience. 7 people working kitchen staff and window no chairs on the floor . A Society to make everything automatic without human contact . I will not be back to this establishment. The kiosk didn't even give a receipt or give you the time to write the numbers down. No one to help you out ."
"McDonald messed up my oatmeal. The oatmeal flakes didn’t have enough water to cook so I ended up with food that wasn’t edible. The biscuits were also hard. Wasted my money and I’m sick of them doing that. They did not add sugar or cream to my coffee either. Get it together!!!"
