"CHEESE COVERED BOX 4-Lunch? Just left Arby's on McClellan Blvd in Anniston Alabama.. At lunch time, I ordered a Beef-n-Cheddar and Pecan Chicken sandwich through the drive through. The lady told me that the pecan chicken will take 5-10 minutes to be ready because it has to be mixed up. I decided to park, walk inside and wait. While waiting, other customers in line were attempting to order the pecan chicken sandwich and the attendant behind the register told other customers that wait time would be 15-20 minutes. ??????.. its lunch time!!!!!!.. why is this happening at LUNCH TIME?? poor management?... why are people being told different wait times??. FINALLY received my order, got home and to my SUPRISE opened the box to see the cheddar was placed on top of the bun!!. The pecan chicken was dry, & tasteless and it wasn't made the way I requested it!.. I dont understand what has happened to the service and quality of the food at Arby's. This will be my last visit at this location! I paid 13.00 for 2 sandwiches. Way too much hassle and disappointment!!"
