"We typically enjoy Texas Roadhouse, but today, too many things went wrong. We did not speak to a manager, usually one will stop by your table...but the hostess dropped the table ticket (which is how they track which table they've stopped by). At Texas Roadhouse, they bring a basket of yeast rolls and cinnamon butter to the table with you. In this instance, no butter was brought. When I asked, the hostess said, "Didn't you see there was none ready?" A simple sorry, please ask your waitress would have sounded nicer. Our waitress was able to bring us some. Our waitress was friendly and quick to grab butter for the rolls and our drinks. My husband and I both ordered a sirloin. I ordered the 8 oz, medium rare with a house sald and almost loaded baked potato and a skewer of shrimp. My husband ordered a medium 16 oz with Mac n cheese and a loaded baked potato. My salad took much longer than usual, but they were busy. When it did come out, I'm told they were out of my selected dressing. Ok, I chose my 2nd favorite. As I'm mixing, I notice no croutons. I couldn't find our waitress, so I ate it and mentioned it to her after I am finished (when we next see her). She advises they are out and why. I get it, but I would have preferred to be told and asked if I wanted to change sides because, quite honestly, I would have. It is what it is. We await our food. Our steaks arrive. Mine is medium, and my husband's is medium rare. I take 8 oz of his, and he has the other two pieces. My shrimp were also cold. At this point, I didn't bother to tell the waitress. I can see she is busy. I did ask for extra butter for my potato, which it took a minute to get. Lastly, we were next to one of the entrances to the kitchen. I overheard quite a few workers complaining about their shifts, patrons, etc. The service industry is tough. Everyone deserves to vent. But could you walk into the kitchen so other patrons don't have to hear about your bad day? Overall, I was disappointed and would have appreciated better and kinder communication. I did learn not to come on Sundays because it's the last day before their delivery truck, and they are "often out of things.""

"Excellent food with outstanding service in spite of how crazy busy it was due to the holiday travel. Very impressed with the speed of service, the freshness of the food and outstanding service provided by our waitress. This location of Texas Roadhouse is far above average."

"Came in for my birthday dinner. The host Mandy was friendly. My server was Missy and she was friendly, knowledgeable, and anticipated our needs. The steaks were so delicious and the choice of sides were great. My mango margarita was just right, I added the 1800 kicker to make it a bit stronger. We will definitely will be back to eat here. Overall, we had an awesome experience. Thank you for a great time!"

"My family and I have been going to this location for quite some time and have never had a bad experience here. I highly recommend the cactus blossom and the loaded sweet potato with some of the cinnamon butter that comes with the rolls. I had the double pork chops and corn with the sweet potato and it was excellent. The pork chops were so large, I took one of them home for later on this week at work. 5/5, definitely stop by if you're passing through."

"Got the New York Strip w/ steak fries and salad. Man, that steak was insanely good. Best steak I've had in years! The fried pickles came at the request of my niece. Not something I'd choose to get on my own, but I was surprised at how good they were. Can't wait to come back here to eat again!"
