"I love Dr. Feagan, but the woman that answered my phone call today made me never want to go there again. She was completely rude and unprofessional. I was trying to order contacts and make an appointment for my husband and daughter. When she couldn’t solve my contacts issue, she wouldn’t allow me to make an appointment for my daughter. I told her I’d call back and make his appointment and then she started ACCUSING me of getting contacts from somewhere else. They aren’t my contacts! I don’t know what he’s been doing. Drop it and help me. Honestly, the worst experience with someone there ever."

"I called to set up a appt as a new patient a week ago,but the lady who answered phone seemed agitated.I explained to her I needed to see a doctor as soon as possible due to me having blurred vision,and she just said go to vision center south.I then asked do yall not see patients who have blurred vision and her response was "we would just send you somewhere anyway".Just rude and she was unprofessional plus it wasn't her call she just answers phones not a eye doctor.In the end I did go to vision center south and they treated me with respect,was over the top caring about my situation to the fact I was their for about 3hrs running tests and etc and they saw me same day cos of the urgency attention I needed.So that is why I gave the 1 star because she said go to vision center south,I did and that was the best thing about that phone call,they took the time to see to my needs because they cared about my well being.I now can see 20/20 with my new glasses thanks to vision center south!"

"I can't say enough good things about this place. The people that work here are very nice and very professional. This was my first time seeing Dr. Feagin, and I wasn't looking forward to it because I have very light sensitive eyes. My appointment was at 3:15 and my name was called at 3:20 (BIG, BIG plus for me! That tells me that this office is very organized!). The same girl worked with me from the beginning until I picked out my glasses and she was very nice from start to finish. I wish I could remember her name, but I'm very bad with names. Sorry! I'm not a big fan of Doctors in general, so I rarely go, but this office made it so easy. I was in and out in less than an hour! I've found my new eye doctor for sure! My entire family will be using Eye Care Associates from now on! Thank you!"

"I have gone to Eye Care Associates since I was 4 years old. I had to get glasses at a very early age. I just remember how nice everyone was and how much fun they made it and most of all for a child to have to wear glasses and be picked on and teased, they did their best to help me pick out a pair of glasses that didn’t have much impact and drew less attention as possible. That’s important for kids that have to wear glasses. I believe that it’s because of Them my eyes have dramatically improved over the years Thanks Guys."
