"I have come into the urgent care more times than I can count. I have seen Chrystal the last 5-6 times I’ve come in and she has always been so amazing and explains everything so well and really cares about her patients. I’ve seen Chrystal more times than I’ve seen my PCP in the last year because I can never get an appointment. All the front staff and medical assistants are wonderful and accommodating. I will pick the place again and again because service is excellent"

"The staff was friendly but didn't test for what I was diagnosed with.They said that they didn't do the test there and I had to see my primary care physician to get the test. So I spent the money for this and really didn't get anything but it might be this diagnosis on my issue but did no test. But online they said that they would treat it. I like having everything in one place from Piermont but will probably go to another urgent care with another provider"

"I came here on a Saturday and saw Nurse Practitioner Elizabeth Smith. She came into the room and didn’t even listen to all of my symptoms, and made the assumption that I had allergies and gave me a whole speech about using allergy medicine every single day. She compared me to other patients and what she has been seeing a lot come into her office. She didn’t even look at me before she started making her assumptions. I am a self-pay patient had to pay $175 and I would not have paid that much money if it was allergies. I have had allergies my entire life and she knows nothing about my medical history and if I come to the doctor I know that I’m sick. I know my body, and she wouldn’t even to listen to what I had to say. I had to ask for a strep test, I had a fever, sore throat, sore ears, cough, drainage, body aches, body chills, night sweats, coughing up, bloody infectious, white mucus chunks and I have to take ibuprofen every four hours because I can’t even talk or swallow. Does that sound like allergies to you? Please save yourself time and money and steer clear from this place because she needs a new day job. I just wasted my money."

"My experience was very pleasant, the personal at the front desk was very cordial and helpful. They’ve helped me with my appointment and made my visit a success. My doctor was really cool, detail and on point with describing symptoms. Totally grateful for all the help. Please keep up the good job."

"I decided to take my 9 year old son to this location for not feeling well and for over-night vomiting. The nurse and doctor wanted to do a strep test, so my son was having a lot of anxiety with it and naturally started refusing the test due to a bad experience from a couple months ago. I had a conversation with my son about keeping it together and staying strong like we discussed at home prior to coming, but his head wasn't in the right place from staying up all night sick. I am not a helicopter parent by any means, but it doesn't take a genius to understand what it is like to not be in the right state of mind from lacking rest and hydration, especially with things you are not familiar with or even scared of at such a young age. Well, instead of trying to help with our situation and be understanding like real professionals do, Dr. Rashawn and the staff shamed me and were rude to both my son & I. I can somewhat understand the attitude if they would have been busy, but we were literally the only patients there on a Saturday morning. The nurse stormed out of the room making the situation worse and made my son feel unwelcome. We also could hear them laughing about it outside of the room. If you decide to work in the health industry, I think its only right to have a little respect for your patients, especially children, and show a little professionalism for the services that people like me pay for. I will continue to go to Piedmont Urgent Care for weekend care as they have never given us a problem."
