"Have you ever had an estimate provided and the final bill was 3 times the amount.. on self pay !!!! Just had the worst experience at Piedmont. My mom had to get imaging done. She’s self pay, we were told the total cost was $2100. 3 different touch points before we did the procedure- which is 3 opportunities to get the estimated costs right. A few hundred bucks, we can see. We agreed on the service only to be slapped with a cost of over $6000. Called in, rep said the quote was for 1 facility and not another. Asked to speak to a supervisor, who then back pedaled and said no -locations don’t matter. Piedmont- which is it ??? Then the supervisor was very unapologetic, not empathetic. She gets these escalated calls all day long, which shows there is a broken process. Very concerning culture as a consumer. You should not do this to the elderly, or people who are counting on you during their time of sickness."

"My husband has a cancer that has required much imaging, but 1st time here. He had 2 MRI which took 3 hours & he was in pain by the conclusion. Then the tech says he will need to return for the report. He would only say it would be later afternoon. Report couldn't be sent to Dr. No written instructions regarding obtaining the report were given nor were we told only the patient in person could obtain it without medical power of attorney. Extra time & gas were wasted as I went today. There was no discussion ..no, it's policy. Also, we have never had to return to any of the other imaging facilities we have been to. Edit: I reached out to management & received a courteous, fast & satisfactory response. I do believe they are trying to rectify.."

"This location makes it clear that they care more about the safety of criminals than law abiding citizens by their policies and placards. They are also incompetent. My wife was sent there for an X-ray with severe back pain. The incompetent tech forced her to lay on a hard steel table rather than taking a better vertical X-ray (as done by the orthopedic clinic a week later). Vertical X-rays are not new and the incompetence of the technician caused my wife a great deal of unnecessary and severe pain. Don't go here."

"Loved this location! I'm not an "ontime" person. I'm usually early, we were and the entire process moved quickly. They got my wife in and out quickly. She did get sick from drinking the contrast quickly- only because the Snellville location told her to drink it 30 minutes prior to her 1pm appt-- this is only because they are usually Overcrowded. The tech was very nice to us both. This is the location of choice for future procedures. Nice faciliy & Great job!!"

"Showed up on time for a scheduled CT scan, Registered and provided my ID & insurance info. 5 minutes later they call me back to the desk to tell me they have no CT technician there today and my procedure has been rescheduled to be done at Eastside hospital in Snellville. At least they were willing to register me there so I wouldn't have to go through the whole procedure again at the hospital. While I'm sitting in their lobby waiting to register I get a call on my cell from someone at this facility (in the back office) telling me the same thing. They started to hang the phone up-I had to say, um, you need to at least give me my drivers license back before I can go anywhere. Then they ask me, can't you reschedule this for another day? Really, people, when I've already taken a whole day off from work? Then I find out that not only is the CT tech sick, but she's been out since Wednesday? And you couldn't bother to call me till I was in your lobby?? These people really give me a lot of confidence...not!"
