"I have gone to them for a few years. My experience has not been a good one. I have given them several chances. I understand things happen. I have had them call me. Cancel appointments. And reschedule several times. It seems like. When I need to get my glasses repaired. Go by on Saturday. They are closed. When they are suppose to be open. This has happened more than once. Week of Thanksgiving was the last chance. I was very upset. Rachel went over and beyond to help. I appreciate everything she did. I had to go to a different location. To get my glasses repaired. I didn’t have a problem with that. These issues with them happen to often. I will be finding a new eye Dr. That appreciates loyal customers."

What a joke, we’ve been going here for 3 years and this is how you treat repeat customers.
