"Very poor care. You can't get a return call regarding your health. Poor customer service. They don't answer the phone at most times, disorganized and advise you incorrectly."

"**AVOID** I went into the Lawrenceville office to have my CPAP machine adjusted. Dr. Jhasani insisted I needed to do a take home sleep study as my previous study was over 5 years old & that in order for the visit to be covered he recommended I do so. I relented as I felt its established I have Sleep Apnea and this was wasteful. I then received the $500 bill for this unnecessary test. Avoid them at all cost!! They don't have the patients best interest in mind they are only motivated by profit."

"Dr Siore was awesome and his MA the day of my initial appt which was back in November. After calling numerous times from Monday - to Wednesday and still no answer or call back I decided to call the Snellville location and come to find out the Lawrenceville location is only open on certain days if there's a Dr which is out of staffs hands. Website should be updated with correct hours and days. Other than that I received great service each visit from check in to the MA to seeing Dr Siore to check out."

"I like dr Siore but the staff leaves a bitter taste!! They don’t answer the phone or call back when you leave messages!! They also don’t open the door for patients at 1:15 after lunch! I waited 15 minutes for them to open the door for my appointment!! I had to knock several times before someone came to the door!! Not a good way to run an office!! I just called (1:55 pm) and got a message to call back during normal business hours!! Very frustrated!!!!!"
