"Literally the worst dr experience. I have covid and am trying to get an appointment with my dr to be seen for a sick visit and was told “that’s what urgent care is for”. The dr doesn’t have any available appointments to see you until February. This is only 1 of the many issues I have had with this facility"

"Avoid this place at all costs. They do not care about their customers, they only care about money. They will send you to collections over an issue that could be easily solved over a 20 second phone call. Never in my life have I been sent to collections. VERY poorly ran business."

"I was quoted a 2 hour wait. Ended up waiting 4 hours and 45 minutes because people who came in after me were seen first. The front desk was a mess, they took your ID and insurance card and refused to give it back until after you were seen. So you are forced to stay the entire wait. The only reason I give it a 1 star is because the front desk workers were kind. The doctor I saw told me to “skip a meal or two every day” and that he “tells all his patients your size to leave the table hungry.” I was not there to talk about my weight but to get some steroids for a bad back spasm. He would not give me steroids, only prescribed me Tylenol and a muscle relaxer to take 1x day. Which clearly wasn’t going to even put a dent in the spasm which had me barely able to walk. Do NOT go here. Terrible."

"I brought my 4 year old daughter in to urgent care on Sunday morning because she wasn’t feeling well. We waited in the car until our room was ready, maybe 10 minutes enough for me to fill out the paperwork which was text to my phone, we went into the room and did not wait more than 5 minutes before we were scene. We did a flu and COVID test. We walked out in under 40 minutes from pulling in the parking lot to leaving with a prescription for our Croup diagnosis. I would highly recommend this place, they were friendly and efficient and everything it should be."

"I showed up as the first appointment on a Saturday & was kindly greeted by a gentleman & lady at the front desk who checked me in for an object in my eye. Rebecca & Stephanie (spelling?) were great with helping me get examined & comfortable so they could diagnose my issue. It was a swift & smooth process. I was able to go pick up my prescription without eye pain & finish my weekend tasks. Thank you staff!"
