"I’ve had to get my tubing changed out 3 times in 6 months which has never happened before in 24 years of having hearing aids. it’s been aggravating since they always out you on an insane hold so i just dropped by since i was in the area. yes i did go through tubing faster as a baby and toddler since i was growing but since i was 12 i’ve only had to change them 2 times a year. i’m not sure if they have like a new brand of tubing or if the technician wasn’t doing it right idk what was wrong but it’s incredibly frustrating. this location is the closest to me but still 45+ minutes so i dread having to go out there. i’ve been with wellstar for 6 years now and up until these last 3 appointments, ive had a good experience with them. today, the audiologist who changed out the tubing was the rudest person ive ever had to deal with. she got an attitude with me since i didn’t feel like sitting down until i had to since i deal with chronic pain. she told me 3 times with a horrible attitude and her tone getting worse each time to sit down. “i think you should sit down but whatever” and then walked past me in a huff. at the end, since i was so over her tone and attitude, she asked me should they bill me or i pay now and i said just bill me i am not dealing with this for any longer. then with an awful attitude asked me “do you wanna exit here where it’s closer to the hallway or go that way?” i just wanted to get the hell out of there so i was walking fast. she then proceeded to sarcastically say “have a good day!!” rolling her eyes. her first name is Victory. i am going to use another ENT that doesn’t have a doctor that’s a major brat. please do not come here and definitely do not bring your kids to see these docs because you deserve a kind doctor"
