"Normally, I would not leave a review for this type of service but when it’s as excellent as this procedure was, it’s only fair to give the entire facility a shout-out. First, the lady at the front desk is so warm and friendly. She immediately puts you at ease about the entire process. Next up is the medical assistant who was also so kind and friendly. Then, you have the anesthesiologist who comforts you and walks you through the entire process. You hear laughter and see smiles from all the people who work here. It was such an amazing experience, and I want the people who work here to know just how much they are appreciated."

There are other people complaining about billing but I didn't have a problem - they gave me a pre-procedure estimate that was too high, I emailed them back and let them know my insurance should cover it since I have coverage for this procedure given the context of my health, and they fixed it immediately, was never an issue."
