"Unprofessional. Never get back to you in a timely manner or call in your refills on time. They make you call 10 times before they give you a refill, sometimes it takes days to get a medication refill called in. Sometimes I have to drive just to pick up my prescription. No patient care or consideration, they treat you like you don't matter and your meds can wait. Every month is stressful when it's time for a refill, causing blood pressure to go up since it's so frustrating just to get a call back from anyone who actually cares about patient well being. Only ones who pick up are the scheduler and she just transfers you to a voicemail which seems to be a black hole."

"If allowed, I'll post negative stars to express how frustrated I am with this provider. I went in 04/2022 for a physical and then received multiple bills as out of network, which after investigation, are due to doctor's contract with the provider. Calling both my insurance company and provider to resolve this issue as my provider is listed as in-network at the time of the service but I was held accountable to the bills due to the complicated contract and tricky timing the doctor has with the provider office. Eventually resolved in 08/2022, and informed that I was off the hook because it is purely their messed-up internal management that had caused this. After a few months, 01/2023 I received the same bill AGAIN from them because they changed their management or something. The bill that I had confirmed 6 times with them that I was not responsible for, is being sent 8 months after the service to my insurance company. I have to go through all the hassles again just to get this 5th duplicated claim off my insurance which, again, i was not responsible for. What a horrible management team they had and absolutely worst medial experience I had. Btw, the medical service I had was a physical, a reflex checking, height and weight taking physical."

"To put it in a short description, they tried to send me home with an IV tube still in my arm, then made me wait 30 min to get it out. And one doctor there was biased enough to ignore the symptoms I have, and hone in on a diagnosis they thought I had--even writing in the visit report things I didn't say to confirm their bias. North Atlanta Primary Care has been nothing but unsatisfactory on every visit."

"Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office. I called 6 times requesting that the doctor call me back to discuss a reaction I had to the medicine he prescribed. 3 weeks later still no callback. After the third week I called to see if they had the results to my blood work and they had them for over 2 weeks. Everything I discussed with the doctor had not been answered and he made recommendations for tests that we discussed that had been completed only a few months ago. I gave them my cardiologist name, address and phone number. Nothing had been done, researched or considered from the fact finding portion of my exam. This is what’s wrong with the medical field. It’s all about the money. Do not except new patients if you cannot handle the volume. Do not go to this practice, do yourself a favor and find someone that cares a little. These doctors obviously do not."

"I have been going to North Fulton Family in Alpharetta for almost 9 years. I switched from a practice in Marietta when we moved out this way nd wanted someplace more convenient. I had thought I was getting good care as a diabetic from the Marietta practice. My first visit was with PA Derrell Nesbit, and the first thing he did was give me a very thorough discusson on diabetes, the problems I would have if I did not keep my blood sugar under control, and how to be sure I did. I had not been taking medication. He put me on some for diabetes as well as a tiny dose of blood pressure medication which he said would protect my kidneys. He was my primary care for a few years before he switched to part time at the Alpharetta location. I have seen Oliver Heinle, Shalyn Amahdi, Lindsey Carlson Le Page (now my primary) and several others. I have been treated for a number of issues and always received excellent care. My husband also goes to them and feels as I do. Our son went to them through his teens and I felt he was in good hands. They do not hide behind voice mails; if you want personal care, go in and see them in person. I have left many voice mails over the years and they do get back to me,usually the same day but certainly in less than 48 hours 99% of the time. I am very pleased with them and expect to continue as their patient as long as I live in the area."
