"I wanted to share my experience at Mama T's with y’all. It’s such a hidden gem! Me and my friend were in the area and saw the name on the side of the building. I’ve seen posts about it on Facebook but never stopped by. Yesterday, me and my friend decided to stop in. From the moment we got there, I didn’t realize it was Mama T herself in the car with the biggest smile. You can tell she appreciates all of her customers. The food was absolutely delicious. The food was served cafeteria style. Mostly everyone ordered a meat and two sides. Personally, I ordered the oxtails, macaroni and cheese, the collard greens/cabbage mix and a side a chitterlings. The oxtails were hearty and tender. Then the sides were just as amazing in taste. I didn’t know what to expect from the collard greens/cabbage mix but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Other options they had were curry lamb chops, jerk ribs, baked chicken, hamburger steak, lima beans, yams and a whole lot more. I would highly recommend trying it out if you’re lookin for some great soul food! Also, it’s more like a grab and go with a few tables. Definitely worth the visit."
"Found this place on Google search. Really tasty!!! Had the ox tail w greens and fried okra as sides (w other great choices available). Super tender perfectly seasoned meat. Sweet tea was given big thumbs up by our local friends. I loved the hush puppy like corn bread ball. Place does have just a few smaller tables and has that “did we just walk into someone’s kitchen” simple feel. We took food to go and went to a park about 10 minutes away. Everyone (staff and customers) were super nice and helpful. The tastiness you get in each container you will walk away with reflects the care and is excellent ."

"Me and my son was in the area visiting family and found this restaurant. The food was amazing. Very delicious. Great portions. Very clean. Customer service was excellent. If you're in this area I highly recommend this place. I had oxtails and my son had smothered pork chop. We also had banana pudding which we ate so fast without taking a picture. It was yummy as well."
