"Not seen them very long and already have problems…They have no email, no patient portal, are only open 4 days, with limit phone times in the morning (which they do not answer even then). Had two emergencies and the hospital couldn’t even get ahold of them. This is not the practice for you if you need an involved team or doctor or like being able to get ahold of someone easily."
"Dr. Berner is knowledgeable as well as friendly, caring, unhurried and attentive; an unusual combination when it comes to a medical specialist. He makes me feel very comfortable and I really appreciate that. His staff are also all extremely kind and pleasant."
"They don't return phone calls or return e-mail's and that is poor service if you ask me. If that's the way that they are going to treat patients well then they shouldn't be in healthcare. Also they won't refill medications when you need them because you haven't been able to afford to make appointments. If this is how they treat those who are diabetics then if I were you I would go somewhere else"
"If I could give negative stars I would. They never call you back. You have to be seen to get BASIC medication that is needed to live! I swear I’m going to sue them into the ground with the way they are jeopardizing my health! As a doctor they take an oath to do no harm.. they don’t follow that oath here at all! Dr. Berner is great if you can actually see him. His PA’s are useless. And they don’t play well with other doctors offices. They’re supposed to send everything to my GP and Rheumatologist but never do. DONT GO HERE! Withholding VITAL medication from your patients should be a CRIME!"
