"Doctors are okay but they don’t post any records online. Only options are to get a fax or pick it up from the clinic, neither was convenient for me. Reception will call back only at there convenient time. Extremely rude reception desk and not able to communicate to pharmacy also, you have to do be the translator between the two. Place is around a very run down street (a juvenile center and some old buildings are around then) Too much overhead on communications, changed this provider AfterShip year. Many better options around them, don’t recommend this clinic."

"Was great staff until the new check in and check out and what ever one of the 2 answer phones now are working there. Very rude to me and my husband anytime we call. Was an amazing staff before then never had problems. But now that they want rude people like that for staff especially dealing with customers/patients. I'm done and going else where. Unfortunately no matter how much we like our doctor staff not worth it. Maybe one day when you have wonderful staff back like you did let me know maybe we will come back."

"I really love Dr. Jamched and the rest of the clinical staff here. I called 5 times (or more) to speak to the office manager Martha trying to rectify a billing issue. I finally got a hold of Martha and how rude she was. She didn’t want to take responsibility for their error and wanted to quickly pass me off to the nurse. I mentioned that I called 5 times with no results and she began to get loud (in a nice nasty way) and wouldn’t let me get a word in. I then asked to speak to Dr. Dua (because I know Dr. Jamched is on vacation) and she said she “will not allow me to talk to anyone.” Because of Martha I’m filing a complaint with the state. One of the office managers duties is to try their best to deescalate or dissolve a situation, that didn’t happen here. No patient should ever be spoken to the way that she spoke to me. To respond to your response. Dr. Kirshner had to call me to look into the matter which should have been done by the office manager Martha. I had to call several times to get one call back. The fact is you have an office manager who should not be interacting with patients."

"My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Krishna. At Cumming Family Medicine, we are treated with respect and curtesy. We feel that our health is of utmost importance to Dr Krishna and we leave feeling well taken care of. I think the best part about being patients of Cumming Family Medicine is that we can call in when sick and the staff tries very hard to work us in that very day. That is almost unheard of in the world of medicine today. We are made to feel that we are “just a number” in most walks of life, but the personal care and attention given us by Dr. Krishna is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!"
