"The teas taste good and the packaging is top notch. The service is okay, the restaurant was clean and the team was very welcoming coming in. However, if you are someone trying to avoid sugar this is not the place to go for a milk tea, you can try "Sips of Tea" for that."

"Solid bubble tea place with small plates, but loses major points for service around dietary restrictions. Bubble tea is a solid choice - variety of milk, fruit, and slush teas, flavors, and toppings without being overwhelming. Flavor is good and they adjust sweetness level really well. 2 sizes in sturdy cups (could easily be reused at home). Cannot comment on the food. Plenty of space to sit and stay for a while - several people were there working, and they have a shelf of games you can borrow while you hang. Vibe is decent though not memorable, and place is clean, but could use a little more lighting IMO. Sadly, have to drop rating for how they handled my dietary restriction. I am dairy free (all milk, not just lactose), but despite expressing this, something was missed as I had a reaction after only a couple sips. The girl at the register was nice and went to check the ingredients list, but something was clearly missed. Overall, better choice than the chains, but I'll be sticking with the other place down the road where the flavors are more explosive and I don't have to worry about my restrictions."

"The drinks are made pretty quickly and only a bit slower when it's busy ! Weekdays aren't as busy and the atmosphere is always consistently good. Polite and friendly staff paired with plenty of seating, makes this a fun spot with friends ! The manager, Peter, took our order and was super friendly and made the ordering experience run smoothly. Great place for drinks, but I haven't tried the food yet so I don't have any comments on its quality. (: Totally a recommended spot for boba."

"First time here and I love this place- I love the tea, the polite staff, my experience was great last night. The size of the menu was a little daunting at first but the manager, Peter was quick and enthusiastic to help me find something I really liked. I really enjoyed the Earl Grey milk tea with the creme brûlée foam, and the steamed pork buns exceeded my expectations. Definitely stop here if you want good, authentic boba."
