"The one who runs it is trouble he always trying to find a way to raise your rent. He also try to make you pay for stuff that they supposed to fix. The employees are ok. All around it's trouble for anyone. The State need to look at this and make changes to the management. I thought it supposed to help low income family but make it even harder for them. To anyone who live in one of these places build and move as soon as possible."
