"We’ve been going here for several years and have 3 kids and a grandkid that are seen regularly. We had some minor issues in the past I just brushed off, not diagnosing correctly, refusing to call anything in without seeing the patient first, not having in office treatments for anything etc. I’ve had to take my kids to urgent cares etc to get appropriate treatments since they don’t offer stuff there etc. Today however we showed up on time for our well check appointment, were filling out paperwork for my twins and they told us we took too long to fill it out and they could only see one. Granted we were filling stuff out for maybe 10 mins and they left us in the waiting room. Not only was it embarrassing but I’m not sure what the whole point of that was. Did it make you feel better inconveniencing someone else? If we had a time constraint maybe someone should have said something when we first arrived. You do realize you are a company, with competitors? I’ll just take my 4 kids somewhere else. They have gone downhill a lot since Dr Hale left. I recommend you choose another practice."

"This is the worst practice. First off, i have been going here since my son was born. 3 years. Once Dr Hales left this place it has just gone down hill. There are multiple times where the staff is rude and the doctors act like your another number and just want your money. I had enough of it. I called last week because my son ran a fever for 6 days, so I called at 4:25, the lady answered I gave her all the info of what was going on and she rudely interrupted and told me to call back tomorrow for a same day appointment and hung up. I was baffled. Let alone I just saw them two days prior and they did absolutely nothing for him. I called the next day, so dr maxey could see him instead of dr nasif who saw two days prior. maxey said he was wheezing and just gave more inhalers. So two days prior dr Nasif says nothing is wrong and two days later maxey says his oxygen is low. And needs a breathing treatment. Well my sons 3 year visit was today, I walk in 5 minutes late and even called before to tell them I would be late, no issues on the phone. I get there and walk to back for nurse to tell me it will be a sick visit and maxey tells me that we need to reschedule his 3 year and this will be sick visit… OVER 5 minutes! By the way, I get charged 100$ every time I see them for a sick visit. I have never been infuriated about the amount rudeness and horrible service we received. I am done with this office and already schedule a visit with a different office. Any advice I could give to this office, treat your patients better, remember we pay you! Worst experience and wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Your not going to tell me it’s my fault and it’s a sick visit. You all are just robbing families of their money! We always have to wait on you all, but 5 minutes!! Give me break! Go somewhere else if your smart."

"I absolutely love this practice. We had just recently switched insurance carriers and because my children are rarely sick, I hadn’t gotten to finding a new pediatrician yet. Then my youngest got sick sick, and they were able to get us in very last minute. The staff were all very sweet, respectful and accommodating. The doctor was able to immediately figure out what was going on, she communicated so well with my very shy child and even gave him a popsicle. I very highly recommend this practice."

"Absolutely love this place! My daughter has been going since she was born (almost 6 years) and we also take my 2 year old son. Dr. Hales is amazing and feels like a friend who truly listens to your concerns and both the kids love her! Never have an issue getting an appointment and never have to wait in the office. Highly recommend."

"We were here for the first time with my 18 month old son. Dr Hale was awesome, she took her time and answered all of our questions. Not like long street that they rush and miss dx your child all the time. I would recommend this practice to everyone 100%. The staff are awesome as well they are polite and welcoming. They know how to be friendly whit your baby, he had 4 shot and of course he cried but they ask me if he could have a lolly pop and he stop crying after that. The office is clean, child friendly and colorful, my son loved the train table that they have in the waiting room. I would be coming back here, I think I finally found the best practice for my kids. Love this place"
