"I went and got Botox for the first time today! I'm using Botox to treat my TMJ. The facility was extremely nice and welcoming. Brooke walked me through the process and it was super quick! Very smoothly process and I'm definitely coming back!"

"I really want to give 5 stars. While I was there, the service was great! I have been there 3 different times now. From the beginning, there is a place on the website that says “request an appointment” after 2 days no one got back to me, and I did it again, they emailed back to tell me they could not make appointments via email. I was thinking, okay, but y’all gave me the idea to start with. So I called, had to leave a msg, no one got back to me that day or the day after so I called back a few times the next day. Since then I have had a question about the products that were used on me. I was told all of the info was in my folder. When I got home my folder was empty except for a Covid paper. So I have emailed 2 times, called 4 times. 2 times I spoke to someone and they said they would ask and get back with I me. It has been a couple of weeks now so I am no longer interested in purchasing the product or scheduling more services. It is very sad because once you are in the doors it is very nice."

"The staff in the facility are so professional and courteous. They are attentive to your needs, and very punctual. I have never had to wait past my appointment time. They respect your time. During your treatment, each staff member I have encountered did an excellent job. I am grateful for all their help restoring my skin after chemo."
