"Dr. Loan Huynh is great, but in the past year her office went downhill. I asked for my child’s records for school (hearing and immunization record) they made me sit for an hour to find out that they lost the file. The only thing I was able to get from them is the immunization record. This occurred back in October 2022, have not been back since then and don’t plan to."

"The nurse always put Spanish frist. They never picked up the phone, the nures at the reception so rude. Dr Loan Huynh retired last month ago. I wouldn’t recommend hispanic come here."

"I used this doctor when my child was younger. Now we’ve moved out of state and we CAN NOT get them to release the medical records needed for us to establish a new doctor. The release forms were sent a month ago. We’ve sent them again within the last month in case it wasn’t received the first time. I’ve called numerous times and told to wait on the “fax guy” to handle it. No answers from anybody. My child is held hostage and not able to see doctors for immunizations because of this office. DO NOT USE THEM!! FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR."

"Be prepared to bring some snacks and something to drink with you, oh and your cellphone, too, cause you're gonna be waiting a VERY LONG TIME! 45 minutes to an 1 at least! They have a t.v., but don't turn it on much! Overcrowded and overwhelming! The rooms are super boring and super cold!"
