"Dr. Boekhaus isn’t the type of pediatrician you imagine will always be there for your child. Have autism concerns? Well, you better have an illness or injury to go along with it because if not, Dr. Boekhaus will tell staff to refuse to see you. Need your child’s stitches removed? Dr. Boekhaus will flat out refuse and tell you to go back to the ER regardless of the long wait, expense, and greater likelihood of being exposed to COVID. What happened to customer service and going into this profession because you actually care about children? I’m astounded."

She has great advice and is very down to earth by sharing her own experiences as a mom. Her staff is also well trained and pleasant. The office is extremely organized.
