"I only gave it five stars so it would be seen. I called to see how much a ride would be from my apartment and the guy was very rude telling me to call Safeway because they don’t come here? What’s the point in saying your company exist because of ppl in this tristate area needing reliable rides if you aren’t going to provide that service let alone even put anything on your website suggesting that you don’t go there. I Really have nothing bad to say other than be a little nicer to possible paying customers and if you say you serve the tristate but just not certain locations I’d probably mention that in my website or business page. :)"
