"The office staff is some of the most disorganized that I have ever seen. None of the staff work together. I spent 3 weeks trying to make an appointment, but no one had my records from the office fax. Apparently, each provider has a personal scheduler and fax number. Where was my sensitive information going then? There is no humanity in the staff. They are all short and curt. The only saving grace are the medical assistants. Doctor reddy did not seem to care about questions and was quite dismissive of my concerns. She ran tests, but wouldn’t provide results in the portal. Avoid this practice at all costs. They are not a north side facility. They are completely independent despite advertising their “affiliation” only to have a beige on beige disclaimer saying they aren’t affiliated"
