"An order got lost by Fedex in January. The company sent me a replacement and it got lost again early February. They sent a 3rd replacement and it seems to be lost again. Everything is fine until my package reaches Ohio then it disappears off the map. I begged the company to use anyone other than FedEx but of course they said there was no other option. Ive never had a good experience with Fedex but this situation actually blew my mind."
