"They have been mean liars. They quit delivering my packages after a few months. They gave no true reason. So, reasonably and not at peace with the excuse given to me, I asked again why -- fairly politely considering the situation -- and I was told to exit the post office. I did. I have to walk to get my packages from the post office because they will not do their jobs. Customer service will not help me. They provided a scripted reply and cannot help. They did not consider anything I had to say. They lied as well and they also would not admit to lying. I said to her: If you do not know or cannot help, then tell me that. So I will have to keep walking to retrieve my packages."
"I was treated like a human being. I was respected, I received great service, and the whole experience was pleasant. I even learned some things. This post office could be great for school field trips. It gives a nice vibe like that. I have no complaints from any of my visits here."
